Free Coaching Session

How does it work?

Either call or e-mail me to schedule your free coaching session. This session can be either face to face or over the telephone.

What can I expect from my free session?

Each session is a little different depending on the client's needs and wants. Some clients prefer a question / answer session and others are ready to get working on their goals or issues immediately! It's really up to you!

I can promise you that by the end of the session, you will know if coaching is right for you. Most people feel a great sense of accomplishment even after the first session. I think you will be amazed and pleasantly surprised.

How do I schedule my session?

Just send me your name, number, and a good time to call. I will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule our first session. Our session will last approximately 45 minutes. Keep that in mind and have a variety of times available to speed up the scheduling process when I contact you.

Why is it free?

I believe you must get to know your coach before you hire them. There is no better way to find out if we will work well together unless we actually start a session. In order for coaching to be successful, you have to like working with me and I have to like working with you. You have to like my personality be motivated by it. I want you to look forward to our coaching calls and in order to be absolutely sure that we should work together, I give away a free session. Let's face it, I have to want to work with you too and this session is as much for me as it is for you. Besides all of that, it's fun!
